We will neatly pack away items that we don’t plan to use and we’ll rearrange existing furniture, artwork and accessories to ensure your house feels warm and welcoming and shows to its full potential.

This package provides a thorough walk through assessment with the owner and/or agent to review all interior spaces and outside entranceway of the property. Following the assessment, we will provide a comprehensive written reference report within 2-3 business days detailing crucial “Must Do” and “Should Do” modifications and Feng Shui tips for highlighting the best features of your home. This package provides a thorough walk through assessment with the owner and/or agent to review all interior spaces and outside entranceway of the property. We’ll take measurements and identify key areas that should be addressed to create the best atmosphere.

Following the assessment, we will provide a comprehensive written reference report within 3 business days detailing crucial “Must Do” and “Should Do” modifications and Feng Shui tips for highlighting the best features of the empty space. Our recommendations will include detailing suggested rental furnishings, room layout and inexpensive but attractive recommendations for accessorizing the space and other factors including traffic flow, colour and lighting.

JUST MOVED

Let us assist you with settling into your new home. Moving is stressful enough but then you arrive at the new home and nothing seems to fit in the space the way you had hoped! It is always a challenge arranging existing furniture in a new space and sometimes it requires a little creativity and experimentation! A week following your move-in date – or sooner if you are ready - we’ll come in and help you rearrange the main living spaces (or rooms of your choice) in your home.

This package includes a consultation prior to moving day to review your existing belongings, the floor plan of your new home and to discuss the needs and functions in your new space. We’ll also discuss and the Redesign process and how we can integrate the benefits of Feng Shui. Then, we will return when you have settled into your new space and provide a full day of our expertise in your new home. While you are out enjoying your new neighbourhood, we will create an appropriate arrangement of furniture, accessories and artwork in the main living areas (or rooms of your choice). In addition, we will provide a short report detailing additional décor and colour recommendations as well as simple Feng Shui suggestions for highlighting the best features of the new space. Storage and organizational recommendations are also provided as required.
