This package begins with a one hour introductory session to assess the room. We’ll review and address a number of factors including traffic patterns, lighting, colour, functionality and the overall feel of the space. We’ll ask questions and work to address your specific needs with the use of Feng Shui. Then, we will return to do a redesign of the room. We’ll clear everything out and start from scratch to transform the room into a welcoming and functional new space using your existing belongings. The redesign is followed by a written reference report detailing the major modifications that were made to the space outlining the reasons for the changes and their benefits and a list of suggested future “Should Do” décor and/or Feng Shui recommendations.

FULL DAY - INTERIOR REDESIGN

This service provides you with a full six hours of our hands-on expertise in your home where we will redesign a selection of rooms. Let us transform your space with a fresh new look!

This package begins with an introductory session to assess the rooms you wish to redesign. We’ll review and address a number of factors including traffic patterns, lighting, colour, functionality and the overall feel of the space. We’ll ask questions and work to address your specific needs with the use of Feng Shui. Then, we will return to do a 6 hour redesign of the rooms of your choice. We’ll clear everything out and start from scratch to transform the room into a welcoming and functional new space using your existing belongings. The redesign is followed by a written reference report detailing the major modifications that were made to the space outlining the reasons for the changes and their benefits and a list of suggested future “Should Do” décor and/or Feng Shui recommendations.

Price starts at $650 + GST depending on size of the home or number or rooms to be redesigned

Subsequent full day redesign packages are offered at 25% discount if booked within 6 months of the first redesign

"YOU WORK" REDESIGN CONSULTATION

If you want guidance but you want to make the changes over time rather than have us complete a redesign, this package is for you. We’ll provide you with our detailed recommendations in a written report and you can implement them on your own time or ask us for advice from time to time.

This offering provides both an introductory session and detailed written recommendations and then you can choose to use our services as or if you feel you need them as you work on your space. Perhaps you can move your own furniture and source your own accessories but would like hands on help with placement and layout. Perhaps you can do all of it on your own but would like a final review of the space when it is completed to ensure you have applied our recommendations appropriately. You call the shots and tell us what you want!

As you will be implementing the changes yourself, the reference report provided with this package is very comprehensive. The report recommendations will include furniture placement, artwork and accessory placement, colour selection and will provide guidelines and considerations for future purchases.

This offering provides a consultation session and detailed written reference report and then you make your purchases and do the work as your time and budget allows.

As you will be using our report both as a shopping and decorating guide, the recommendations provided with this package are very comprehensive. We’ll review and address a number of factors including traffic patterns, lighting, colour, function and the overall feel of the space. We’ll look at what you have already and make recommendations to compliment your existing purchases. If you are starting completely from scratch, we’ll make both current and future recommendations to help you create a pleasant space today while also giving you ideas for adding more to the space as time and budget allows.

Make your dream home a reality! This consultation provides a full written plan for decorating your new space, our assistance sourcing the appropriate pieces and finally, we’ll come in and put it all in place for you! This is the ultimate treat for your first new home!

This package provides an introductory session to discuss and assess the space, a detailed written reference report and our full assistance putting it all together!

As we will be using our report both as a shopping and decorating guide, the reference report provided with this package is much more detailed. We’ll review and address a number of factors including traffic patterns, lighting, colour, function and the overall feel of the space. We’ll look at what you have already and make recommendations to compliment your existing purchases. If you are starting completely from scratch, we’ll make both current and future recommendations to help you create a pleasant space today while also giving you ideas for adding more to the space as time and budget allows.

The shopping consultation begins with a visit your home to review what you have and to discuss your needs and preferences. Then we will suggest items that we think you should add to your space and from there you can decide what you want to purchase from that list and provide us with a budget for doing so. We work hard to find interesting and unique items at the best possible price. We’ll work within your budget to provide you with items that will add further appeal to your home. If you don’t like what we choose, you don’t have to keep it.

COLOUR CONSULTATION

Colour can add personality to your space and help to create a mood. Colour can also have a significant impact on how we feel and function in a space. It is amazing how quickly a room can change with a fresh coat of paint.

When we do a colour consultation, we look at your existing belongings and the functions within the space. We don’t suggest the latest trends but instead we’ll consider your preferences, the amount of light in the space, and how we respond to various colours. We’ll provide you with colour suggestions that we feel are best suited to the space and you make the final choice. It is also our policy to recommend more than one brand – we give you the opportunity to choose low VOC or recycled paint products.

This package provides a comprehensive Feng Shui assessment of a single room in your home. Although it is preferable to look beyond a single room during a Feng Shui consultation, this package allows us to introduce you to Feng Shui slowly and to make the changes at your own pace.
